Mist Dusk is an online boutique. Ceramics and handmade accessories are sourced from suppliers in China, and some pieces are prepared to order. The preparation time shown on a product page is separate from international transit time.
Processing and dispatch
- Most in-stock orders are prepared for dispatch within 3–10 business days.
- Made-to-order, low-stock or supplier-preparation items may take longer. We will contact you if a delay materially affects your order.
- Business days exclude weekends and Chinese public holidays.
Delivery estimates
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Typical transit after dispatch is around 7–12 business days for many destinations, but customs inspection, remote locations, weather and peak periods can add time. Tracking is provided when available.
Shipping charges, duties and taxes
Available destinations, shipping services and charges are calculated at checkout. Unless a listing or checkout page explicitly states otherwise, import duties, VAT, customs clearance charges and local taxes are the recipient’s responsibility. Customs authorities may require additional information before releasing a parcel.
Delivery problems
Please check your address before placing an order. If tracking shows delivery but the parcel has not arrived, contact us through the website contact form as soon as possible. Report visible damage within 48 hours of delivery and keep the parcel and packaging for inspection.
