Products and product information
Mist Dusk sells ceramics, tableware and handmade accessories, often sourced from independent suppliers and small workshops. Many pieces are handmade or hand-finished, so glaze, colour, shape and surface details may vary. We aim to describe products accurately, but screens and handmade processes can produce small differences.
Orders, pricing and availability
- All prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise.
- An order is an offer to purchase and is accepted only after we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, a price or description is clearly incorrect, or fraud is suspected.
- Availability and prices may change. Supplier stock is limited and some items are prepared to order.
- You are responsible for providing accurate contact, shipping and customs information.
Payment, shipping and returns
Payments are processed by the providers shown at checkout. Shipping charges, available destinations and estimated timing are shown during checkout and in the Shipping & Delivery policy. Returns are governed by the Returns & Exchanges policy.
Intellectual property and website use
The site design, text, photographs and brand elements are owned by or licensed to Mist Dusk and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, access restricted systems, scrape it at scale or use it for unlawful activity.
Reviews and user content
If you submit a review or other content, you confirm that it is accurate and lawful and grant us permission to display it on the store. We may remove content that is abusive, misleading, infringing or unrelated to the product.
Liability and governing terms
To the extent permitted by law, Mist Dusk is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, customs delays, carrier failures or misuse of a product. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the seller, without limiting mandatory consumer protections in your country.
